Yes last night I had completed all that you mentioned and ensured bluetooth and wifi setup was correct before going to bed. This morning the options were still not present; therefore, I called Apple technical support. The technician walked me through the same checkpoints as listed in this thread (great job forum contributors!) . The technician also had me check all settings on both watch and phone. We still could not get the options to show to allow Siri to talk. So, my Siri still isn't talking. A bug report was submitted and now I must wait, unless we can identify a resolution on this forum.
Beta? 4.1? Then That should be a problem of the Beta. There are someone other threats about this. In my case it‘s the same, i‘m running 4.1b and the options are Not there. Before on 4.0 they were there. Waiting for next Beta ;-)

I didn't have the options with 4.0. My Siri didn't talk with 4.0. I thought 4.1 beta would solve the problem. However, I did submit a bug report under beta 4.1 because the support technician stated I should.

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if anyone has tried this, but I can't seem to get Siri to speak on the Series 3 watch. I thought this was an advertised feature of the watch? I have checked and I do have sounds turned on and silent mode off. My mickey watch face also doesn't speak to me...

I found this worked for me...

Tap Settings > General > Siri. Restart your Apple Watch. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Siri & Search and turn off Listen for "Hey Siri." Then turn it on

[doublepost=1510324535][/doublepost]I had the same problem with mickey not talking and went to the apple store, he said i had to download siri voice on my apple watch 3 .... go to settings , general, siri and scroll all the way down to where it says..siri voice and download it... the apple watch has to be in a wifi area... so what i did was turn off my bluetooth on my phone so the watch would go into wifi mode, you can check this by clicking on your watch to the micey face and scroll up to see the wifi blue circle and make sure the watch is on wifi and not cellular... any way go to this site and it will explain it all...apple Inc......

Same here. Voice (e.g. Siri and calls) is very quiet but the tone when dialling numbers on the keypad is loud. So the speaker doesn’t seem to be defective... software issue?

There is certainly no prospect of using the Watch for a call anywhere except a quiet room for me.

I'm seeing this exact issue on a new Series 3, SS.. I thought my speaker was DOA until I stumbled into the Phone app and used the keypad. My volume slider set to 50% sounds like 2%.
