Siri voice on High Sierra is still the same with Sierra

I upgraded to High Sierra and I heard on High Sierra Siri get more natural voice, but when I test it still the same as Sierra, is there any workaround to make siri sound more natural?

Anyone else has this problem? Running GM and Siri has an olde mechanical voice.

Same problem. My Siri got downgraded to the original voice.

It takes time to download the new voice after you install. Mine sounded ****** right after upgrading but now that it's been a few days, I just tried it out, and it's the new voice.

It started working just now. Perhaps @caramelpolice is right.
