Why can't it happen with Apple first? Apple has more money on hand than any other company
cash stuck in foreign bank accounts doesn't give you any leverage against content providers
customer #'s do...something that Apple has a small fraction of the market compared with Amazon

Cash flowing from the foreign bank to the content providers could start something! haha
i'm talking about the repatriation 50% tax.
apple should be exempt, along with all other corporations with foreign bank accounts, if they agree to repatriate the money to directly build manufacturing facilities and create jobs.
