I’d prefer neither. I can’t reach the top of the 13 Pro as it is. And now, 6.3" will be the smallest Pro next year.

At what point do we finally accept that phones have gotten way too large?
We won’t know for sure until the 16 Pro/Pro Max is released. It’s possible Apple makes it look visually distinct from previous Pro models so anyone who sees it will know immediately it’s not a 13/14/15 Pro Max. In that case, I could see more 15 Pro Max owners regret not waiting another year and much more tempted to upgrade than 14 Pro Max owners as well as 14 Pro owners are now.
Isn't the iPhone 15 Pro able to record more advanced images and video to be used with the Vision Pro?
Would it be too much to ask for Apple Pencil support? My M1 iPad Pro is actually THINNER than the iPhones. Surely there's got to be a way to add that mutual capacitance technology to the iPhone so we can draw on it with our Apple pencils? *sigh*

Just upgraded from 14 Pro to 15 Pro and this is the first time after about 6 years of annual upgrades it doesn’t feel like I’ve got a new phone beyond the action button which I’m keeping as silent/ring
upgrade from 13 pro to 15 pro Max and feels very different, smaller bezels, x5, titanium, dynamic Island…

TWSS. In all seriousness though, I think Apple should stop making the slab phones bigger and release a foldable in their lineup. That's my nickel less three pennies anyway.
This will be my upgrade from my iPhone X. I am not planning to be in the first batch though, will likely purchase around the end of November 2024.
Lol you felt like like you got a new phone going from 13 to 14? or 12 to 13? Upgrades from year to year have been meh since the iphone 3g.
Its an excellent indoor lens for things when there isn't enough room to step back, and especially when out in nature, large events, etc.
Bigger and bigger, ever since the iPhone 6+... I have old eyes but I'm starting to think I have old wrist muscles too... gee. I need to replace my XR but its size is about right for me, maybe a 14 plus or something off the refurb shelf is eventually my next pick, certainly max size. But the USB-C switch has thrown a spanner into that idea so I'm back at hoping the XR keeps going for awhile.
Hopefully the 16 will also be thinner. Recent iPhones are too thick, especially since they now use the batteries more efficiently than prior, thinner iPhones.
I think the dynamic island will be with us through 2026, so at least three more model years. The DI will probably become more compact in the future though. I like the look and utility + it is unique to iPhone.
I’d prefer 24mp and less distortion for the .5x camera.
I don't get the push towards taller, skinnier phones either.
