Skull Candy RMA is horrible

I called them today and this is what they told me:

The guy would email the warehouse and ask for an update on my RMA. He said he would call me or email me when he gets a reply. I hope it happens and if not, peace Skull Candy. What do you guys think about this entire thing?

i think it sucks and bad press for SC.
Perhaps they can put down the bong and employ a little customer service.

UPDATE: They FINALLY shipped my product. BUT THEY GOT THE COLOR WRONG!!!!!!!!!! Here is the email I got:

It should have been the red and black ones. Whatever, once I get them, I will probably listen to them the first few days and throw them in the trash because they will break again in a few weeks

UPDATE #2: I got them today and they were the wrong color. Whatever!

Skull candy is unfortunately horrible, I agree completely with AdamLikesMusic.
I bought a pair for $18 because I thought they looked cool and they were the only black headphones (to match my black ipod) for that price. They're not particularly comfortable and sound terrible (though the louder you turn them up, the better they sound). I went back and picked up a pair of Sony buds for the same price..they work great. Soft and comfy and sound perfect! Too bad they're white .

Ive only bought skull candy headphones since like for a couple years now before they were such a known brand as they are now and ive always been happy with them i lost a pair and went to CC and bought the Full metal Jackets now thats a solid pair of phones
