Yeah, whether it's limited to WiFi or not, is the big question.
Not that it won't be nice simply having compatability with other video Skype devices, but 3G would be handy.

Where did it say 3G for the iPhone on AT&T?
If this and other apps will work over 3G, why aren't we allowed to use Facetime over 3G?

I think the reaction on the Skype forums has told the developers they've wasted their time making the Mac beta just like the Windows GUI.Great, now make Skype for Mac beta not-suck and we'll talk. That interface is horrid.
