Has anyone seen a horizontal sleeve combo for the iPad Pro + Magic Keyboard yet? I have always used a Waterfield Designs SleeveCase... I see they offer a new one for the new combo but #1 they are closed in SF for the lockdown with no idea on when they can deliver and #2 they list the model number as the same I have and it is clear the extra hinge will NOT fit properly so I’d need to confirm they plan on changing the dimensions, they will have to. Anything I can consider that is available now, I want something so I can throw this in a travel bag without worrying about it. Thanks.

I’m from the UK, been using the sleeve in black, linked below, with my 11” since launch. In and out of work bag every day, still in good condition.

I was pleased and surprised to discover the 11” + Magic Keyboard fits fine in my existing sleeve.

I'm thinking about ordering this sleeve. How snug of a fit is it with the Magic Keyboard on the iPad. I don't want it to be super tight fit. Can you still use the apple pencil loop when you have both the iPad and the Magic Keyboard in the sleeve?

Thanks!

My 11” plus Magic Keyboard fits perfectly. Not too tight that it’s a struggle, not too loose that it comes off too easily.

BUT bear in mind mine is well used, over 12 months of the 11” + ASK in and out. I don’t want to give bad advice, a brand new sleeve might be a little tighter.

That looks really nice and a good price too! 👍🏻

Potato quality pics.

In good condition considering it’s left the house 300+ times.

Like I said previously, be advised it’s had an ASK in and out of it for over a year. The Magic Keyboard is a perfect fit, but it may be a little tighter when the sleeve is new.

This is almost exactly what I’ve been searching for. I see on the product page you linked that there is a a loop for the magic pencil inside this case. Can you still use that loop with the Magic Keyboard attached?

It might be too tight.

Afraid I can’t check because I haven’t got a pencil and a long time ago I carefully unpicked the stitching of the loop and removed it.

You could email them and ask. When I originally bought it, it wasn’t super clear that it would fit an iPad + ASK. I asked them via email and they responded fairly quickly I seem to remember.

I recently purchased the same Harber London Sleeve, but for the 12.9. I can confIrm that it easily fits the iPad Pro with Magic Keybaord, but due to the height of the Magic Keybaord case, you can’t fit the Apple Pencil into the leather loop inside. You can leave the Pencil attached to the ipad magnetically however. I will try and post some pics later when I get the chanve.

I just purchased and received the Haber London sleeve for my iPad Pro 12.9 in. (2018 model), and I have found that the iPad with the Apple Magic Keyboard fits fine, and I have no problems putting the pencil in the sleeve after inserting the iPad Pro. In fact, the pencil securely prevents the iPad Pro from falling out of the sleeve. The fit with the iPad Pro is tight but this is probably due to the fact that the sleeve is brand new.

Strange that my pencil doesn’t fit. I can get it into the loop fine, but it sits off to the side of the ipad.

This is mine - I can’t get the pencil to sit flush on top when its in the loop, only off to the side. Can you send a pic of yours?

No need to include a picture. My case has the Apple Pencil in the loop just like yours. You originally posted that you could not get the pencil to fit in the loop with your iPad and Magic keyboard in the sleeve. I was responding that I had no problem getting iPad equipped with Magic Keyboard to fit in the case with the Apple pencil in the loop. The loop is atached to the edge of the case and hence the pencil is positioned slightly off to the side. I really don't see the problem here.

No problem at all, I thought when you said “the pencil securely prevents the iPad Pro from falling out of the sleeve” that maybe you were able to position the pencil slightly differently - i.e. to the top of the ipad. Thanks for clarifying :)

If anyone is looking for something more utilitarian (and less stylish) this case fits the 11” inch in the Magic Keyboard nicely.

It pays to keep all your old sleeves. I have a 2020 11” iPad Pro with MK. I pulled out a 10 year old SFBAGS.COM waterfield sleeve I had for my very old and gone 11” MBA. It is a little tight but I will see if it stretches a smidge from use. I really liked this sleeve and so glad to put it back in use.

Looks great!

I’ve been thinking about purchasing this Merino Wool magnetic case that converts into a desk pad... a little pricey for my budget, but maybe for my birthday. I saw it on YouTube, and that video review is embedded in the page if any of you are interested.
