Hi,

Anyone else on this forum pissed off at @slickwrapsinc . I've been ordering wraps from them from when they first set up their shop and Weston was running things. Never had an issue and even if there was any problem they resolved it asap.

I have two orders with them pending. One is almost a month old which they shipped it to incorrect address. As a matter of fact when I received dispatch confirmation I contacted them immediately to rectify this error and they in return are asking me for my add details instead of looking at my actual order. Their CS team confirmed they will reship my order which is fine. Since then I've been in touch with them and their CS team haven't got a clue where my order is and advised as soon as they have more info they will contact me.

Also ordered wrap for my iPhone X over a week ago and that is still being processed. Contacted them again and they advised me they are busy and cannot confirm when will my order be shipped. They are trying their best.

My advise is do not buy from them and find an alternative unless you are prepared for a lengthy wait or perhaps happy to not get your order at all.

I remember buying a skin from them for my note 7, wasn’t really impressed . They have awesome designs though. Gonna give dbrand a shot when I do buy a skin for my X
 
i tried dbrand before and is good if your not going for the clear skin.skinomi is good quality but a little pricey.i tried the Bestskinsever and almost same quality as the skinomi but cheaper and they really have good customer service.i accident order the full body skin so i email them and they sent me another one with the back only, so i ended up with two skin.thanks BSE
 
Avoid @slickwrapsinc unless you are prepared for long waiting time.

2 weeks and counting for standard off the shelf wrap order. Its still being processed.

Add another 2 weeks for international shipping from the day they actually decide to ship lol.

I’ve been waiting now for 20 days, and it’s still reading processing! Email doesn’t do any good. They replied:

Hello,
Sorry for the delay. Due to the high volume of orders in our facility, processing time is currently delayed. We are working as quickly as possible to get that order pushed out for you. You will get an email containing the tracking information for that order once it ships from our facility. Selecting faster shipping does not speed up processing time. We do indicate that on the support page. Thanks for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience.

I asked them to cancel the order and was told that you would need to cancel within 2 hours of placing the order! Not happy.
 
They have been terrible for years. My last experience was with Jonathan endicott in 2014. Literally contacted him 12 times, finally got a response that my shipment was “resent” on 12/2/14..needless to say I’m STILL waiting..joke of a company indeed. Dbrand has it together

Open a dispute with PayPal or chargeback your credit card. That’s what I did after dealing with their bs last year.

Maybe if they pulled people off of scrubbing negative comments and reviews from their Facebook page, they’d have enough hands to process orders in a timely manner.
 
i ordered my slickwrap on 24 Sep. till date i still have not received it.

slickwraps gave me very negative experience. it will be my last time ordering from them and will never recommend it to others.
 
I ordered from them many times and have not had any problem. In fact they sent me a retro skin for the iPhone 7 Plus earlier this year but sadly the skin for the sim tray was missing. I informed them and they shipped me a new set again. I had 2 sets just for the sim tray. Thats excellent customer service if you ask me.

However, recently I order 2 skins for the iPhone X. The order took 2 weeks because they said it was a pre-order item and it took times to get everything sorted out at their backend. They finally shipped my order and gave me a tracking number. Its on its way to me in Hong Kong.

I also placed more skin orders for my other devices on their Black Friday 60% off deal. Hope I get my skins soon.
 
I am 10 days and waiting for it to ship. I will never order from this company again. On top of that their Black Friday give aways have been ending for days.
 
Wish I had seen this thread before placing my orders. It will be 3 weeks in two days since I placed my order and it is still processing. I did get a reply from them regarding my order status, and they basically just told me to shut up and wait.
 
Ordered November 25th and still waiting for my order to ship. Customer Service said they received 4000 orders on Black Friday so I need to be patient. They still seem to be accepting orders now so I’m not sure why they are accepting orders when they can’t process month old orders. Ridiculous if you ask me.
 
i ordered some wraps for my X on 24 of november
after few emails , finally they shipped it out Today !
don't know when i'll recieved the wraps, maybe when the next iphone XX comes out.
so dissapointed, been their loyal customers since iphone 4 days, but this is gonna be my last order frome them.
 
I highly recommend buying from dbrand instead. I'll never even consider slickwraps after seeing this thread. What a horrible excuse for a company.
 
I ordered 2 glitz screenprotectors on 27/11, 1 pink and 1 blue, they were send out to me on 6/12 (!). After receiving them, it turned out, I got 1 pink Glitz and 1 blue normal skin. After contacting them, they told me the manufacturor stopped producing the blue glitz, so they just send me a normal one. If I didn’t want it, I could send it back. First of all, both were a Christmas present and I received them on 18/12, so reordering another color glitz was no option. Second, returning the wrong one from Holland back to SW, would cost me more then the skin itself. After my response about this, they never replied back. Made a refund request through Paypal and SW still didn’t respond. Upgraded to claim and now they responded and PP has looked into it and I received a refund. Strangest thing is, they still sell the blue glitz on their website... Never SW for me anymore!

Update: Received an answer from SW on my email of 19/12. They claim the blue one is still glitz and only want to give me sw points. No need for that anymore, as I am not going to order from them ever again and PP already refunded me.

Ordered a nice leather skin from Dbrand and it arrived and is as expected. I will buy there from now on.

Funny thing is I've always had good shipping times with Slickwraps. I have no idea what's happened.

I asked for a refund yesterday and have yet to receive a reply.

Escalate with your credit card or PayPal and get your money back. If they ever respond, it won’t be anytime soon.
