Don't buy the Desmay, get the Caudabe Veil. It has much better fit and finish than the Desmay. It's also $20 cheaper.

Trust me, the QC on the Desmay sucks.

Thank you for your suggestion. I really agree that its a valid point but not to that extreme.
Our first batch of stocks (which is available now) comes with the printed logo.

We will be in talks with the manufacturer for the next batch without any logos. :cool:

I too got the Caudabe: The Veil in yesterday. It's exactly like the Desmay Slight, except with MUCH better quality control. The case fits perfectly and doesn't have any fit issues.

It's exactly what a slim case should be, plus it's $20 cheaper than the WAY sub-par Desmay Slight 5.

It's the perfect slim case. Well worth the money.
 
The only thing that Desmay got it going with their Slight 5 case the bottom is protected, which is very rare for .35mm cases as most the bottom is exposed. But the quality of Caudabe Veil case will make up for it...just be careful.

Best TPU case I've encountered. For $9/each this case is a great deal, and it ended my long, agonizing search for a case I liked.

Simple design, good all around protection, works well with my screen protectors, nice button feedback, and precise fit. If you like TPU cases I don't think there's a better one on the market.

Using the switcheasy Bonds case now. Gives a little more bulk and weight to my 5s but very confident of the protection so far.

I agree with this. Had one for my iPhone 5 and it took like 10 drops and never really broke. In the end my phone looked immaculate even though the case lost the battle recently. I will certainly be getting another one for my iPhone 5s.

is there anything out there like the Caudabe Veil but has a lip for lay on the table. i just want that little bit of protection since i dont have screen protector.

I am curious how has it held up since you bought it? I love the way it looks and the designed in California. If it has survived a solid drop or two I'll get it which it looks like it should. Let me know and thanks for the suggestion.

I'm looking for a Caudabe Veil style case with no lip but also with the rubber coating for grip. I have one now that is close with slight lip. I found the Caudabe Veil a little too slippery for my taste.

Anyone have some recommendations? Must have no lip and a rubber coating.

Nope. Never seen the rubber coating. I actually find the Caudabe much grippier than the naked iPhone. I feel like I have to hold onto my iPhone with two hands when it's naked.

The Veil is pretty grippy as it is.
