Can anyone help me figure out next steps here?
Any previous return I’ve had with Apple has taken 3 days at maximum.
- I purchased an Apple Watch stainless steel model on Thursday, 10/17 with Card A.
- On morning Friday, I went into the Apple Store and exchanged it for the titanium model, and paid the difference (~$125) with Card B.
- On Friday evening (~5pm) I returned the Apple Watch to the Apple Store for a full refund (it had a chip, and the store didn’t have replacements).
Any previous return I’ve had with Apple has taken 3 days at maximum.
