I think there's been some network problems upstream from our provider.

It's been slow to get to macrumors for me too... but it's also been slow getting to my provider's server (fastservers.net), so I think it's a wider-scoped problem.

I sometimes get it a bit slow when posting (which I tend to do too much ). I tried FireFox, and no slowiness there, but since FF kept on crashing, and went back to Safari, and have had only few slowies since. I like the quickies!
