Slow wifi

I'm currently with Bt infinity it started off fast but has slowed down considerably in the past few weeks any ideas how to speed it back up
We currently have three people all with iPads in fact all the products we have are apple is that why or should this not be a problem
Streaming on Apple TV is a bind downloading takes ages normal wifi internet browsing is ok

I've heard that for some services in some households, when a high quantity of data is downloaded the account could be throttled. It does not sound like you but could it be?

No one talks to anyone anymore lol

It does seem like we are doing something on our devices all the time it's just frustrating as we bought the bit infinity because it was supposed to better and faster than our old talktalk system but now we are finding problems with this system
