Yes… extremely. I use Lightroom mobile to edit my photos. I haven’t found a better app as of yet that does as good or better than Lightroom. My ProRAW photos look their best when using Lightroom. I’ve tried many, but I’m staying with Lightroom
Curious why you opted to shoot ProRAW vs Adobe RAW (in Lightroom Mobile).

Do you have experience shooting RAW (DNG) in Lightroom Mobile? Curious how it compares to other apps that offer RAW format capability (looking for full control over my images with minimal computational enhancements). Thanks!
I haven't done a rigorous comparison, but I can say that I'm primarily shooting with the Lightroom camera at this point. That way, all of my photos (from my X-T4 and iPhone) are in the same place, and I can shoot in RAW without Apple's algorithms. I will sometimes use the built-in camera app with the iPhone when I want to use portrait mode.

I didn’t consider not being able to shoot in Portrait Mode in LR. Darn. I’ll have to do some experimenting to see what works best for me. Thanks for your insight.

The raw file from Lightroom app I don’t think will give me the 48 megapixel option nor will it allow the long exposures for night mode like the default camera does. Apple ProRAW seems to be a lot cleaner since it has the deep fusion/photonic engine software built-in with it and that’s pretty much why I use that. I have used the raw camera from the Lightroom app, I guess I need to revisit it later to see if it’s any better than what it was the last time I used it.

Lightroom has a "depth range" feature that can give you something like Portrait Mode. I think they need to update the app to take advantage of the new 48 megapixel and 2x telephoto options.

Yes, I found it. It’s called “Depth Map Capture” and it can be enabled under Technology Previews in the app settings menu. Unfortunately, photos are captured in HEIC format with depth map information. I assume this is the case with Portrait Mode in iOS (being limited to the HEIC format).

That's correct. Portrait mode is limited to HEIC. You can't shoot RAW in Portrait mode or Depth Map.

I thought this article was interesting:

That matches pretty closely with my experience. The main reason that I still sometimes shoot with the LR iOS camera is that I very often post-process photos with the Mastin Labs film emulation presets, and they work much better with RAW files—in part because I can adjust WB and tint, which is important to get the best look.

The also have profiles that work with JPGs/HEIC files, though, and I've increasingly been shooting with the built-in iPhone camera and then just applying those profiles in the Photos iOS app. The results are often pretty good.

That’s funny that you mention Mastin Labs because it was an employee at Mastin Labs who shared that article with me. I just purchased their new Vintage and Night & Day mobile preset packs, which I’m loving. Ektachrome 100 has a very stylized look and Natura is the most universal preset of theirs that I’ve used. I have some of their older packs for when I used to shoot RAW on a dSLR, but don’t use the, anymore as their mobile packs are great! I also really like Superia. Do you have a favorite?

I have ALL of their packs. I'm a super fan. :)

I'd say my most commonly used are:
- Portra Original 400
- Ektar
- Superia
- Acros 100
- Ektachrome
- Natura

Really digging the new slide film pack as well. So far, I only have the full pack, but I'm going to buy the mobile preset version of this soon.
