I also suspect the smartphone market has matured enough and the technology has peaked. What we may be seeing with the growth of Apple is probably due, mostly, to Android users switching to iPhone. And maybe some users with old iPhones…
But honestly, if I were a smartphone manufacturer I would be prepared for a decline in sales. Today’s smartphones are capable enough of what the average user needs, and with inflation and prices rising faster than salaries, I’m quite sure more and more people are going to stick with their fully functional iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15…
