Tell Apple your Sister's Wife's P*ssy ruined your iPhone. They'll give you a new one for sure!

Well if it's only 16 days old, aren't you still under the return "no Questions asked" policy?
Or are you just willing to spend the $199 and move on?
Please don't hurt the kitty! :)

Where did you buy your iPhone?
Check you receipt to find out what the return policy is.
Usually in the US you have 30 days to return something for whatever reason.

What do you mean "no"?
I bought my iPhone at an AT&T store and you had so many days to return the phone and cancel the contract with just a restocking fee i think.
I can't remember what it is at the moment.

No, no, and no.
No questions asked policy? Where are you? Bottom line is if goods are sold in tact and an item is returned in less than new condition, it won't be accepted.

I'm in the U.S.
It's never happened to me but I know somone who bought an iPhone and broke it within a few days and he was able to return it minus some fee.
It doesn't hurt to ask does it?
That's why I asked the OP where he bought his phone.

So you buy an item, smash it, and get to return it for a small fee? Bull s***.

Are you sure you're in the U.S.? Sounds like you're on a different planet. :) You can't destroy something and take it back. Besides, this isn't Walmart we're talking about.

I don't know. I can't speak to facts because I am just going by what the person told me.
He said he returned the phone. He doesn't have an iPhone now so I can only assume he told the truth. dunno.
so I'll just shut my mouth now and move on.

Hi Apple Genus

I'd like to return my Iphone oh this it's nothing, a Mac truck backed over it! it's day 13 though can I just get my money back! some how I think the Apple Genus will burst out laughing before saying no. ;)

Well I went to the Apple store and $258 Canadian later it was fixed in about 3 minutes... come on, is there a reason why this has to be this much money? is the screen really that much? Seems extreamly steep. As someone who has purchased 10 laptops, 2 desktops, 5 ipods and 4 iPhones in the last 5 years I was a bit disappointed with the cost. I knew what it was going in, but thats a bit steep. 3 minutes of labour and what, $50 piece of glass (generous)... oh well its fixed

ehhh, to the OP!

Just spray the Cat with a water bottle and say "Bad kitty! BAD KITTY!!" im sure it will learn to see if your phone is around before knocking stuff down next time... :D
