This just goes to show that feedback percentage is not necessarily a definitive indicator of a persons ability to complete a sale on ebay. Others have agreed who are frequent ebay users. It's all about learning the system. If you take the time to do a little research, you will benefit from deals such as this.
I got my mid2009 MBP the same way 2 nearly years ago. The seller said it was a gratification he recently got. He promissed me it is new in box. He did never open or even touch the outer box. It was true, because he had no time to do it. He sent the box the day HE got it from (I assume it was a t-mobile guy) the netherlands. It was only 3 weeks old when I got it. Even Snow Leopard was already thrown in (a few days after official release).
And best, I only paid 1150 rather than 1450 and only 75 for Apple Care.
For most people this was a tooooo good deal to be true. But sometimes it is just a really good deal. And I was the lucky guy who nailed it. He sold it to me a few minutes after we talked and I never had a bad feeling about it. I even phoned back and thanked him for the convenient and fast transaction.
This was a better buying experience than every apple store could give me
A) congrats on getting a great computer for a great price and for being such a great ebayer
B) its 2011 please retire the word Hater from your vocabulary... It makes you sound a little stupid and instantly discredits the rest of what you have to say.
