The inevitable "x Million discs sold" Announcement is destined for Apple.com sometime next week (Probably Monday). Anyone want to take a guess as to what the numbers will be?

haha, speak for yourself :p. I went to the Apple Store, and bought it $30 + tax on day #1.

Also... it's only $25 on Amazon http://bit.ly/osx_sl - Of whom I would have purchased it from had I not been so eager to get it the moment it was released to public. :p

Leopard sold 2 million the first weekend and 5 million three months after launch. I don't expect Snow Leopard to do that.

First weekend? I'd say a solid 2-3M. Pushing it 4M.

I would guess around two million for the first weekend, apple will probably say how many in a few weeks when it's closer to 5 million copies.
