Would need a "sound recorder" with an "what you hear" function - one glaring thing that comes free with windows but not osx.
Have you tried grabbing the .flv file from safari?
go to window/activity and look for the large file downloading.
Double click on it and it will open a window and then save itself into your download folder as an FLV.
