Size is perfect. Camera is awesome. Screen is great. Battery could be better. But I’m keeping it. Hopefully nice battery pack with MagSafe comes out.

Size and Weight = nearly perfect, but too tall, would prefer shorter.

Battery Life = Easily good enough for my average 1.5 hours of screen time per day.

Screen = Has issues. Now on my 2nd one that is less washed out and yellow, but has a more severe off-axis green shift than any other iPhone I have seen.

I may exchange for a third or possibly keep, still debating. Going back to the older and larger size (X) will be more bothersome than the screen at this point.

Went through similar issues with the Pro Max. Third time was a charm (normal screen hue compared to old iPhones, no issues (so far)).

Not sure what you are looking for versus opinions on the many Mini threads already. Mine is too tall, there is a notch, power button and volume button exactly opposite leading to pushing wrong one. Not returning.

I’ve had the mini for a little over a week now. I’m coming from an 11 pro and don’t regret it at all. Love the size and battery life has been good, I usually end the day with about 15% with moderate to heavy use. I consume a lot of my media on my iPad so the smaller screen isn’t a problem there.

I returned my mini for the pro--loved the size, but the camera was the deciding factor for me. haven't looked back.

Loved the size but the way that I use my phone today versus 2 years ago has changed. I returned my mini and bought a regular 12 and find the larger screen much more enjoyable and functionable for my needs. But Now the 12 feels too big 😂🤪

Wife is due for an upgrade soon, so may buy her a mini and trade phones with her as she prefers larger phones. That being said the regular 12 is quite manageable. But it really is the absolute limit of manageable IMO.

I like the size and the portability of having the 12 mini. It suits my needs even with my large hands. I don't keep my phone in my face all day so battery life is not any kind of worry on my end and with my Apple Watch 6 I get the notifications that I need.

Battery totally sucked. I use facetime and sling TV etc, and only got 8 total hours before it hit 10%. No way I would have a mini without a smart battery, which does not exist. Returned the mini, back on the 11 with smart battery.

The Mini is an amazing device. I couldn’t be more happy with the size as I’ve always preferred one handed use of whatever phone I have. The 11 Pro was tough at times and the 12 Pro was obnoxiously difficult. I wanted to keep the Pro but ended up selling it on Swappa after getting my Mini. I absolutely notice a difference in camera performance, especially in low light and portrait scenarios but that wasn’t enough to hold me back as the Mini performs almost just as well.

I voted ”Other” because while I do love my Mini and am keeping it, there’s an itch in my mind that I can‘t get rid of because I did make a compromise when I switched down.

It is great, but coming from the 11 the screen feels a bit cramped watching video, not nearly as immersive, but the picture quality it displays is a lot better. 5,8" is probably a sweet spot. Text sometimes feels a bit small so I am a bit on the fence, even though I love a lot about it. Afraid the regular 12 is a bit big as the 11 was ditched because of weight and size/heft.

Everything else is as expected, battery is more than enough - easily lasts the day with 35-50% left in it. Amazing video capture in 4k/60.

Maybe it could be a touch wider. But other than that, it's been great for me. Battery life has been just fine for my needs. And I still love the way it fits in the hand. So much easier to use on a daily basis.

Definitely keeping it.

I too had an ‘itch’ in my mind that led me to occasionally check local retail stock and ultimately switch back to the 12 pro.
Mini is fantastic but I wound up wanting the bigger screen

Do you have an iPad? I’m in this same boat and can’t decide between the pro or mini.
Really like the camera and RAM of the pro but it’sa little too large and heavy.
Form factor of the mini is awesome but miss the camera a little.
