You CANNOT use Apple Pay if your credit/debit card is NON-US issued

For now that's true. As far as I know only US banks have implemented the necessary back end stuff.

I'd bet Apple's already set the wheels in motion for rolling it out in other countries.

I would hope so, but then I think of iTunes Radio UK.... rumoured for early 2014, and the reports in April, but, no iTunes Radio UK.......

Plenty of stores taking ApplePay. Just not RireAid and CVS. And we'll see how long that lasts
