So I have had an HTC One a few days (I normally use a Galaxy)

same here, i was also really confused between the GS4 and the one, decided to go with the one, after 2 weeks i realized tthe power of TouchWiz, and now i sit happily with my GS4.
 
well, for me, i dont like touchwiz, their nature theme is yuck, and sense has also been improved, SIGNIFICANTLY, so for me htc one is alot better than the galaxy s4.
