Still driving a car with tape, you need to change car! So the adapters are much, much, much less than the monthly u paid for cellular service, you can buy a few, simple. Much ado for nothing.

I used to use one of these in my old car from 2005, from memory it sounded pretty good (used with old iPod Nano)... Not so sure if it would sound pretty good now though.

Like others have said, leave the adapter connected in your car....?

I haven't used a tape adapter in a car since I had one of these.... I think it was around 1992 LOL
