Ok... Another question on tethering.

I have the NetShare iPhone application which allows me to tether my iPhone to my MacBook without a jailbreak. Does anyone know if we'll be able to set the wireless settings in the iPad to do the same thing (i.e. Create network, set proxies, etc...)?

Anyone look at wireless settings at the "hands-on"?

Same, that would be the only reason for me to get the 3G model. If not, Wifi only for me

Yeah I'm going to echo the sentiments made earlier... there is no way I'd pay another $30 or even $14.99 a month when I already have an iPhone @ $30/mo data plan. They need to setup tethering at no cost to integrate with the iPhone.

Hmmm... With the 3G option costing $130 more.....

In Europe at least, it's simple enough to buy a pre paid 3G SIM that supports data. When the time comes, I'll take the 3G option.
