Wait, don't forget the only real significant upgrade with the Mini 3. The price went up $100...
Could be a good thing - less frequent releases hopefully means they won't "feel slow and obsolete" quite as quickly.
May be in the market for an iPad Air but not until they get 3D Touch - with any luck, they just decided to delay it a bit so that it can make it to the 3rd model, and we won't be waiting until Fall 2016!
