I was feeling the same way after a week of using it...now I love it to death.

I find that it's great just using on the couch surfing while watching TV. I love the Zinio app for magazines, I've read books on both iBooks and Kindle. The ABC app is actually a very nifty app and don't know why other networks don't come out with something like it - oh yeah, they suck...that's right.

Anyway, Marvel is great for Comic Books. Lots of addicing games - right now I'm currently addicted to Fruit Ninja. I read the USA Today on it all the time, sometimes peruse the NY Times app...Fluent News is actually a really good news aggregator too. Weather Bug is a nice weather app, I had Weather Channel which works great on the iPhone but for some reason not as well on the iPad.

And I can't say how great it was on our 2 week vacation around the country. Just give it some time...it'll start growing on you and you'll have it with you as much as possible.

I just received an iPad for Christmas but am rather upset at how many apps I now have to purchase all over again, because the iPhone versions suck on the iPad. My Slingplayer app would be much better on the iPad than my iPhone, but I'm not about to spend another $30 for this app all over again. Wish they gave discounts for iPad versions, if you already paid for the iPhone version.

I have also found iPad versions of some of my favorite free iPhone apps but there are still many that have not been made for the iPad yet, like for Facebook.
