So many topics and pics, but where's the Space Gray?

My sole purpose going to the Apple Store inside the Brea Mall was to confirm if the space gray X looked better for me than the silver. It is but not that much.
There was still a line outside for reserves. A ton of people inside the store. Only checked the sg. Brought out my sg SE to compare. Sg X is a fingerprint magnet no question but sg X does look better next to my SE than the silver did.
Before I walked out, even helped a lady who didn't understand how to use the swipe up gestures. She asked the "Genius" and he just said he is clueless and too busy with paying customers. I told the lady, "Remember Palm Pre webOS?" She said yes. "It's like that."
At least I helped someone out before I left the store after not feeling wowed by the X anymore. Been wanting gesture controls on iPhones since 2013 or about four years AFTER Palm showed the way in early 2009. It only took Apple nearly 8.5+ years...
Space gray. It's kinda a throwback to the black 4/4s. Then use those live wallpapers with the polka dot bubbles. Been using OLED since the Nexus One and Samsung Focus. Used Nexus Revamped Live Wallpaper for years on my N1. Putting any black wallpaper would make it look seamless like giving it a floating effect.

Both are beautiful. Traded in my Jet Black 7 plus for a silver X this time. I went silver this year for 3 reasons. First, silver back doesn't equal white front anymore. Second, if i decided to go without a case, the silver is less a finger print magnet. Third, with the Jet Black 7 Plus, I never liked the combo with a clear case. I always found the black back showed way more dust and particles then a lighter back. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with either Enjoy!
