Also remember that forums tend to get posts from people having problems. The worst of the worst. In reality, that vast majority of people are completely satisfied with there machine.
No company/products are "Godly"... Not even Apple.
Like other users have stated before, update all your software, and if that doesn't work take it to Apple show them the problems and ask for a replacement.
DO NOT be surprised if Apple is not so "hot" about giving you a replacement. I haven't gotten a replacement and my hard drive has been replaced, cooling system has been replaced, OS has been reinstalled and diagnosed by APPLE and Apple's Depots countless times.
