No I can't, but it isn't supposed to be TOO expensive. My Sri Lankan friend went last year and really enjoyed himself.

On the other hand, I'm sure there are places in Australia with equally nice beaches. Some of them are the best I've ever been to.

If you're up for something closer, I guess St. Lucia may be closer to you. Been there. It was nice 15 years ago. ;)

One of two things: go to Hawaii for a couple of weeks and then come back and work in my garden, or chill and do nothing and lower my blood pressure/stress.

I am going to go into law school midterms soon, so the idea of doing nothing school related seems very attractive to me since the next semester starts three and a half weeks later. And not long after that, the second year of MBA school. I may just sleep or stay in my PJs like Hugh Hefner. :)

You are quite right about the Maldives being expensive. Some resorts there charge over USD 300, USD 600, USD 2000 :)eek:) per night. I saw some resorts charging about USD 110 per night (up until 12/24). But there were so many atolls in the Maldives and I am at loss which one is good (while keeping the hotel cost around less than USD 120 per night).

I am currently in the North Asia; so, St. Lucia is a little too far. When I go back to USA later this year or early next year, I may go there for vacation.

For Australia, which city would you recommend for nice beaches, snorkeling, diving (I need to take the courses for that), fresh sea food, and etc?
