Sold my Macbook

Hi Guys,

I've sold my Macbook and wondered what was the best way to make sure the HD is totally clean before sending it to the new owner?

Will a OS restore be enough?

Boot from the install disc and open Disk Utility and perform a secure erase of the HD. Zero or 7-pass should be fine

This. After that and only that can you go on reinstall the OS.
