Are you referring to me? If so, why not AT&T? Most of my family and some of my amigos use AT&T and we are satisfied!

Every place is different. In my commute here in Miami, I have 4 dead spots of coverage with AT&T. None with Verizon. Not only do I really love my new phone but a reliable carrier makes all the difference.

While I have no idea what your coverage is in Ohio, consumer reports did a survey/study that involved 23 major US cities and AT&T was annihilated.

Verizon was, in the article's words, "the perennial leader", but they said other carriers were closing the gap quickly. Except AT&T.

AT&T coverage in my area is great. Network speed is above acceptable and the network is rarely down. Looks like the tale of two cities applies to our experiences! :)

Why would you want the AT&T one?

Because AT&T has provided me with the best service in my area. I've been with AT&T since the first iPhone and came from Sprint to get the iPhone. I have also had Verizon service when I had OnStar in my car. Once I tried making a call on my Blackberry that I had back then and couldn't make the call so I tried making the call through OnStar. Call failed there as well.

I found it very difficult to order.
I tried three consecutive nights at 9:00 to try to reserve it, but servers were still very slow, and the model I wanted was sold out almost instantly.
Best Buy was completely unreliable, and they didn't seem to update stock very often on their website, I almost went to buy one, I called them, and the lady told me they haven't received any in for a while.
I managed to order one online tonight at 9:00 on apple.com/retail/iphone though

Just got back from buying my white 64GB iPhone!

Just so people know, the iPhone 4 bumper will not fit as the silent switch doesn't line up the same.

When I try to reserve one at the Apple store using apple.com it says every item is unavailable. I have tried multiple locations with the same results.

I kind of wanted to get it from an Apple store because I have never had an iPhone and would like a little help getting it set up.

Does the Apple store honor Verizon loyalty discounts?
