Interesting thing here is that the smug, self-satisfied advice was ENTIRELY WRONG.

I gave in and changed the password and guess what?

"Manage my Apple ID" does not in fact list ANY of the devices associated with an Apple ID. Not my new phone. Not my old phone. Not my Macs. There is no option to manage devices.

So thanks so much for not only giving completely wrong advice, but for the attitude when someone was reluctant to take your completely wrong advice.

So you're right, whsbuss. I am back to complain. But not that I was hacked. That you go around talking about things you don't know about and get all hissy when people don't take your advice.

Sorry if I'm coming across as a bit bad-tempered. I get that way when I'm given advice that requires me to make an irreversable change on faith and the person doesn't have the slightest inkling of a clue what they're talking about and a few equally ill-informed people join in on the pile-on.

I think he meant go to http://iCloud.com

Then go to Settings. Any iOS 8/OSX Yosemite devices logged in to your Apple ID will be shown here.

But if your old phone is iOS 7 then you're out of luck.

Call Apple and talk to them about this.

And while I understand your frustration, believe me, changing your password is far more secure and will be a good thing in the long run.

OP did you ever think about contacting the guy who bought the phone to see if you could solve this together?
i mean it sounds like the problem could be solved easily if you contacted him and told him about the situation...

And on the note of you 7 years old password, just get 1password and you can change the password every day and still not have a problem

Where is Manage Devices? I don't see it after logging to Manage your Apple id.

there is no such section there. try the mentioned support profile link above AND log into the iCloud account via the web where you can see all devices tied to the find my phone and remove ones you dont want. not sure if that will help you though.

This seems like a pretty serious bug. If you wipe the iPhone completely and remove it from Find my iPhone it should remove all association to you.

Does this mean you are receiving his iMessages? Talk about a major security breach!

Seems like those things were done based on the OP.
