Ok I did what Apple Support asked me to do. A full re-install of the OS. Downloaded a full install of Mac OS Catalina. After the update to 10.15.2 I checked Music once again. And you guessed it, the issue is still there.
"For You" loads, but only empty tiles.

"Browse" gives "An error occurred, Try again"
"Radio" gives "An error occurred, Try again"..

Shoot.. what now? Apple Support doesn't have a clue.....
Still teling me that it's a local MacBook issue and nothing to do with
the Apple Music software.... Even though I claimed that other users
have (had) the same issues...

i will not reinstall the OS to fix this problem :/ too much of a hassle!

okay update. I figured out the problem at my end. I was using Adguard which was blocking the Music App/AppleTv App. i uninstalled it and now it seems to be working fine. i am able to access both the apps!

Ok, I also found the solution. In my case it was Trackoff. This tool checks that you don't leave identity data on various websites. Because Music/iTunes is using browsing facilities these were blocked by Trackoff. After uninstalling Trackoff everything in Music is working as it should again! I have reported the issue at Trackoff Support so they can solve this or instruct how to setup exclusions for various software. I also had issues with NordVPN services where I lost internet access as soon as I connected to a VPN server. After uninstalling Trackoff VPN worked again!

This is not OS specific. I am getting the exact same error when I try to load "For You" in iTunes on a Windows 10 computer.

When I click on such a tile, I get a black screen, nothing happens...

I have 3 free months of Apple Music. I still have my subscription to Tidal. The reason I left Apple in the first place was because of how bad iTunes is on Windows 10, and if this keeps up, Apple Music will be history again.
