That's how I feel too...

For those of us with 4/24 - 5/8 shipping dates still stuck in "Processing", let me explain our frustration.

Imagine you were waiting in a physical line (for anything) and you were towards the front. Now imagine person in charge went to the back of the line and started letting those in before you. That is how we feel.

I am willing to understand how this comes across as entitled if you can understand how this could be frustrating to us.

I do, however, understand that there could be separate virtual lines, one for each watch/band combination. That might assuage some of the prevailing angst--Not all--as it is only an imperfectly fabricated construct of what's really happening. My brother ordered and has tracking confirmation for tomorrow of his 42 sport with white and I with my 42 SS with black sport band is just languishing in the "Processing" state.

My order might have been in the first tier to be delivered starting April 24th but for the app not accepting Gift Cards and I had to abort the app and hit the Phone. 22 minutes later I got to speak to a rep and many more minutes later had a confirmation 12:56am Pacific time. Not terribly slow but late enough to feel like I missed the boat by a good margin. I don't think I'll be buying Gift Cards any longer. It really made me feel like an unappreciated outsider.

Well good luck to everyone and happy aWatching!

My SS 42 with black sport band ordered 1 minute after the site went live with confirmation email received 2 minutes after the site went live has not been delivered, I have not been charged and the order is still in processing state.
For me this is an unbelievable disappointment. Seeing all the happy comments from people who order way way after I did unexpectedly getting their deliveries, weeks earlier than expected, is a real kick in the teeth.
In normal tight lipped fashion I expect no explanation from Apple but this really sucks

So am I, and I don't share the view of you and the previous poster.

Maybe the two of you should wait until Monday after the market closes before you start pontificating on how successful this rollout is or isn't. Or can't you wait for five days to get actual facts?

Being that there has been very minimal positive uptick in the stock price, after a new device sold over 2 million in 24 hours, I would say the roll-out SUCKS. There is nothing better for Apple's stock then lines that go around city blocks when a new product is released. The boneheads that trade massive stock quantities love those lines a lot more than a good financial report. Nothing moves a stock more than hype!

They are waiting for earnings, watch isn't going to move the needle in the near term. All investors care about are increased divs, buybacks, iPhone sales, and guidance. Apple Watch sales are just gravy.

Wow. Someone drank too much hater-ade last night... Unbunch your panties... Your watch will come soon enough!

The stock market just doesn't work that way.

Just ordered

Well everyone. I have just ordered the Apple Watch sport 42mm, delivery estimated is June. Anyone else on the same boat? Maybe could be nice to share experiences with other people that have to wait till June.
