S7 here. Can confirm as well. If turning ‘Sleep’ mode for the watch on fixes this, it definitely sounds like a Focus related software issue.

It's clear. I am using Apple Watch Series 5 with watchOS 9.6 and unfortunately the tint is not removed.

Getting it too.

For heaven's sake, are them capable of releasing a software update that doesn't break anything? It's incredible.
It is intended. Too many users are clinging on older hardware. There is 0 reason this green hue is happening without a reason. This practises are standard to "force upgrades" to newer models.

My series 5 is fine, thankfully. It does look kind of ugly. One thing I like is how the black background blend with the bezel, which obviously stops being the case if you have this issue.

You are right. But in my case clinging is the only way in which i can use Apple Watch. My both hands are tattooed and as you may know, from Series 6 onwards, the sensors on the back of the watch are situated differently (from S5 and before that)... and because of that the watch keeps locking all the time.

Curious if anyone here saw this in the betas. I never did (and my Series 7 is unaffected the final release, fortunately).

Once again I’m happy to not update -any- Apple product for at least a month after release. The most iOS update broke the ability of an Apple brand dongle I use regularly so I’m glad I didn’t apply that. The watch thing is no big deal but I’ll pass on updating that too at the moment. So far I’ve heard no problems created by the Ventura updat but I’ll give that another few weeks too.

Ah yes, a great way to get consumers to stick with your products by... checks notes... intentionally tanking their reliability. Why give years of software updates then if they don't want you to hold on to it?
