Some iPhone Users Report Significant Battery Drain Due to Music App Background Activity in iOS 13.5.1

Same thing has started to happen for me with the Tidal music service app on iOS 13.6. On my work iPhone with iOS 13.6 where I also have the Tidal app I see no such problems. I wonder what triggers it, since it's obviously not happening on every device.
 
It's apple interns doing an exam, trying to figure an algorithm to identify who's paid for their stuff and who hasn't.

Only joking.

(later, sorry, this was an old thread. More likely a lousy algorithm implemented to convert iTunes libraries to Music)

Things seem to have settled down since.
