I'm gonna agree with the rest of the people here. I'm sure you know by now that he was correct about Apple taking down listing in ebay before. He was right, you weren't, deal with it, it happens in life.

Wonder if either Apple or UPS actually would have the stones to ask for the device back? Or would they just let her keep it earlier than the Friday delivery date?
 
Does anyone know if this uses the new type of flash storage that Samsung has been using since the S6? I think it's ufs 2.0.

The damage has been done (which is to say, no real damage at all). UPS will incur some kind of penalty from Apple for breaking the release date, and that will be that. It would be extraordinarily bad press for either company to contact this woman to ask for the phone back. Apple's not that dumb.

Also, as she had just restored, it was indexing so she should do it again once it's settled down for a true score. It's probably higher.
 
I think this is an obvious setup.
1. Apple wanted everyone to see that rose gold isn't pink to take some negativity off the Rose gold
2. At&t wouldn't be proud of this if it was accidental

lol apple did not lawyer up that girl. jesus some of you get some perspective... they just shipped a bazillion phones, they don't own them.
