get a cardboard cut out and put it in there then give it to the neighbors.

ohh my god how funny would that be to open the nano box and find a piece of cardboard in its place.

of course you would give them the real one later

i would totally do that to a friend of mine:D

Someone has been burnt in the past, I see. ;) :p

This is all the stupid mistake of the neighbor. He should have put his name, but send to your address, duh. Then you would get it, see his name, and ask him. Even I could have figured that one out, man.

Well I ruined my suprise for one of my Chrismy presents this year because of a similar incident. My parents got a package from Apple they weren't expecting, addressed to them... and being the 'Apple' guy in the family, they showed it to me and asked if I had ordered it. I guess my brother had bought it for me for Christmas and had it shipped there.

Oh well, I'm getting a Jam Pack! :)

Re:

I recently ordered an iPod Classic and I received it from Fed Ex. See the thing I found odd was that on my box there was a label that said "Original Address or Return to: 2811 Laguna Blvd. Elk Grove, Ca 95758". This package was sent to San Diego so I don't even know why it would send to Laguna. I originally live in Elk Grove so I was curious to see what that address was and after typing it in Google...I found your post. Thought you should know that it's bound to happen to you more than once. iPods will be flowing into your home if people don't sign for their packages after three tries.

Was Sent To Wrong Address/ Correct Street

Hello,
My name is Brittney Herbert and can assure you that the ipod nano was sent to the wrong address. I was told to mail this package to Apple but was told the wrong street address#, the correct street address is 2911 laguna blvd, elk grove, ca 95758. I am very sorry for the mistake but it must go back to them, please email me at brherbert14@gmail.com.

I have proof from the fed ex that the package was actually signed for. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but you can see where the package was originally shipped from and my name should be listed on the fedex slip.

thanks,
Brittney R. Herbert

HEY, THIS IS BRITTNEY AGAIN, ARE YOU SURE IT WASN'T A BLACK CASE IN THAT FEDEX BOX, POSSIBLY A KNIFE KIT? PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP! BRHERBERT14@GMAIL.COM.

Brittney, you may want to read the original post in this thread again -- It's nearly 5 years old. Also, the address given in the original post is apple's address, not trout74's, so if you mailed something to that address it ended up on an apple campus.

There is no such thing as karma. Just like there is no easter bunny.
But there is such thing as Law, and it's a bitch.
