iPhone 17 Pro Someone reset my password

Guys - unsure how this happened but I have my cell with me and also have passkeys enabled but got this email. When I logged in, I could not with my regular password and had to go to iforgot.apple.com to change to a new password where my passkey allowed me to log in and do it. But how did someone reset my password and how can I find what location or IP address they logged in from to do it - is there an Apple Helpdesk for this? I can contact apple support on the link below but I've heard they would often lock out the whole account permanently and getting it back can be a pain

I've had similar things happen. That's why I've secured my Apple account with a YUBI hardware key as well. That should slow them down. (Actually 3 keys, I use them for my brokerage accounts and banking as well)
