I'm a smelly Brit so I don't use deodorant very much.

USA people are famous for being obsessed with deodorants.

Sometimes I do splash some of this on

Also comes in sage version but I fear I'd smell like a Sunday turkey.

I use Old Spice Pure Sport. I also prefer the Red Zone variant, but the regular one works just as well. I also use Old Spice After Hours body wash. :)

LOL! never thought I would get so many fast responses!

i picked up a stick of mitchum gel antiperspirant + deodorant today at walgreens, thanks everybody!

I like Old Spice Kilimanjaro.
Nivea deos are also fine.
Axe is not so good for me. But their commercials are fun! :D
The best but expensive deos are branded ones (Hugo Boss, Clinique, Tom Tailor e.t.c.)

I like to use a natural scent that compliments whatever natural bodywash/shampoos I'm currently sporting. I also usually match or pair them with the scents in my apartment.

Yves Rocher and Body Shop.

Although one girl I dated insisted I forgo any body fragrances because she thought my natural odour was sexy. But she was weiiird.

aluminum is what stains the shirts i believe. adidas makes a stick w/o aluminum but it's pretty hard to find. but do take note that aluminum is what makes an antiperspirant work so you may still sweat -- you just won't stink and stain.
Aluminum zirconium specifically. There are several varieties that do not contain it though.

As for excessive sweating, there are products that can be applied at night which will stop it almost completely. "Certain Dri" being one, if you're curious. It itches something fierce but it works.

Note: not that I need any of these products, being a sweet little flowery girl and all. :p But I am a chem nerd who is also obsessed with the human body and making it as pleasant as possible.

I constantly switch to a different brand every time one runs out. I find if I keep using the same one, they stop working.

Stay away from Adidas +Cotton (aluminum free). I tried it and it caused some major skin irritation.

I was actually about to say that the adidas+Cotton works really well, too irritations are very dependant on people, not the deodorant itself, anyone can have a reaction to any deodorant

In North America, I use Arm and Hammer deodorant. If that baking soda is strong enough to keep the odour out of a fridge, it should be able to keep my stink at bay for 24 hours.

Otherwise, I just get whatever works. I have no idea what I get, as long as it's not a spray.

Old Spice - Red Zone - Soft Solid - Fresh - Antiperspirant/Deodarant.

Works quite well for me and my wife loves the scent. So much so, in fact, that she won't let me change it (I wanted to try an invisible solid which doesn't come in "Fresh"). She says that it just smells like me now. I just hope they don't discontinue the scent because it's not always easy to find.

I use Right Guard and that is fine.

To be honest any deodorant other than Axe is good :p.
Eraserhead is right. AXE is the worst deodorant you could use.

Try using Old Spice or Right Guard. However, when you buy deodorant, you have to make sure that it says "Anti-perspirant" and not just "deodorant".

I use Right Guard, no problems.

I gotta try the Old Spice Red Zone stuff.

For right now, I'm using Axe  I gotta kill that can. It's taking forever, too!

I'm wondering if AXE American and Canadian products are different. Up North, I only hear good things about AXE, especially from the fairer sex.
AXE is cheap **** that teen guys use cuz they think it will get girls to climb into bed with them.

Gay guys know better tho.;) LOL

On average, I agree with you.

But the next time you go to the store, pick up a bar of Axe DRY Kilo scent and smell that. It's incredible.

Went a long time without wearing any, but started using PitRok last year. Great stuff. Hardly know it's there :)

I use Tom's of Maine deodorant, specifically the Apricot kind. It smells so good that I would want to eat it if I didn't know it was a deodorant. Plus it is aluminum-free.

Have you tried the clear gels? They shouldn't leave white residue. If you don't need an antiperspirant, I've found the crystals to work quite well.
