iPhone Sonicare Bluetooth Issues

Has anyone had any issues pairing their Sonicare Bluetooth Toothbrush to their phone since iOS 13.2 came out?
 
Make sure you goto Settings > Sonicare App > Toggle bluetooth on. Might not be your issue however if its turned off for the app you'll have issues.
