Sonos Promises to Recommit to Software Quality and Customer Experience After App Disaster

Really? I find that surprising. How do you edit Sonos playlists with the new app? According to Sonos this is a feature that is still not supported by the new app. You should let Sonos know how you managed to get it working like before.

I mainly use Sonos for my Home Theater and everything works perfectly fine. When I need to play songs I pull the app and get all my Playlists from Apple Music. Seriously, I may only use a tiny fraction of what I can but it works for my needs.

I understand that everything you need works. Good for you. I’m not having issues with the TV soundbar, subwoofer and Play:1s I use for surround either. But the loss of functionality that some people (including me) were using is annoying (at least those people, including me).
