the rumor said it will come out before the iOS 5 launch on oct 12, well, its either today which is not going to happen for sure, or tomorrow.

so do u think 10.7.2 will come out tomorrow?

Because Apple said iCloud is coming on Wednesday, and if they release 10.7.2 they are also releasing iCloud because the GM let's you set up your account.

Ummm ... it's been out ... you just need to look for it if you don't want to wait.

Kind of a shame IMO that they didn't put in a date unlock for that and release 10.7.2 just slightly earlier - with a) the history we have of Apple trying to release such updates simultaneously; and b) ... Lion, I'm surprised they didn't want to take it a bit easier.

I'm looking forward to this release. Hopefully it comes with lots of bug fixes, better memory management, and of even though I can't use iCloud, it'll be cool to see it actually be implemented.

looks like the rumor is panning out, itunes just got released, o hope 10.7.2 is coming today too. it has a ton of bug fixes man

There are a lot of downloads needed for all this to work: Mac OS 10.7.2, iTunes 10.5, iPhoto 9.2, and then iOS5 for each device. You should have iOS5 loaded on each iDevice before proceeding with the conversion. The conversion itself is relatively quick and pain free.

It's not brain surgury, but a little more complicated than usual.

I am running lion on a mid 2011 MBA so it`s not giving me any headache, all the same I am keen to see what .2 brings in the line of performance & battery life.

My MBP 4.1 2.4Ghz is on Snow Leopard and I will leave that be for the time being.
