Okay. We're getting to the bottom, literally. Once and for all, what is the model number of your iMac? It's under the big foot and starts with the letter A. This will definitively tell us what iMac you actually have.
It is an Intel Mac. Sorbet will never work. Officially you can run Snow Leopard. That is pretty close to Sorbet- which integrate improvements from 10.6.
I do have a Mac min g4 PowerPC just tried sorbet leopard it on there but the partition is not showing up on the start up boot option.what can I do to get to show up on the boot option?

Is the hard drive partitioned using the Apple Partition Map (APM) scheme? It must be for the Mac mini to be able to boot from it.
If you’ve used an Intel Mac to restore the image, the hard drive might have ended up with the GUID Partition Table (GPT) scheme that a G4 mini cannot boot from.
And... sorry to sound like a broken record, but can you check if it's really a G4? If it has two USB ports on the back, it is. If it has four or five, it's an Intel.
