Sound and Video slow down in bootcamp (online games, youtube)

hi! that must have something to do with your Hardware specifications. Flash games or online games eat up much space in your system and it requirements high memory and RAM capacity. I had my hardware upgraded so that it could respond faster to processes in the background though.

I too suffered with throttle, Its because windows does not use the mac's hardware efficiently. I made this video that solves the problem:
