Thanks, tried again and got this:

So only 4 seconds between queue time and email. Definitely didn't expect my order to be delayed in the months and then weeks leading up to staying up until midnight like a crazy person to preorder something for the first time. I'll console myself with the fact that my disappointment is certainly not unique to me and hope that the tension that this has brought about will be resolved by the actual product when I get it. Someone could make an extremely interesting marketing/product deployment study out of this whole experience... probably a bit of good and bad that can be applied to the way Apple has operated since the watch was originally announced.
