I guess I'll have to call to get more information... I'm guessing my actual processed order time is quite a bit back from what I've thought it was. Painful that as a first time preorder customer I didn't know to use the app on my phone rather than browser based ordering.

The rep I chatted with earlier today gave me the exact time to the second. Try again with another agent.

Try CHAT again. I just did a chat this morning from my order status page and the agent told me my order was placed at "5 after midnight"(exact terms he used). I did in fact receive my email confirmation at 03:05:07.

I take that back, I have not been charged, but was asked to update my payment info. There is a chance the pre-authorization had expired since April 10th. Still waiting to be charged :/
 
I ordered two SG models yesterday... I'm keeping an eye on this thread to see the progress of orders.

I don't see my order moving until the end of May... But I wonder why Apple haven't announced any reasoning of the delay in orders.
 
Finally charged!! 2:04:14 here. Was at processing/not charged until earlier this afternoon, finally got charged and just checked My order and its preparing for shipment now! Finally!!! :D:D

I'm a little frustrated that my order is still processing even though I was finally charged 3 hours ago.

Thanks, tried again and got this:

"Here is the time the order was placed : 04/10/2015 00:09:39"

So only 4 seconds between queue time and email. Definitely didn't expect my order to be delayed in the months and then weeks leading up to staying up until midnight like a crazy person to preorder something for the first time. I'll console myself with the fact that my disappointment is certainly not unique to me and hope that the tension that this has brought about will be resolved by the actual product when I get it. Someone could make an extremely interesting marketing/product deployment study out of this whole experience... probably a bit of good and bad that can be applied to the way Apple has operated since the watch was originally announced.
