They may do Saturday if they tried to deliver on Friday and no one was there to sign, or if they are backed up because of too many Friday deliveries, but they won't schedule anything new for Saturday.
This is what my UPS delivery guy said last week, but it might be different outside of the first day launch, or could be completely inaccurate.
I saw a UPS truck rolling through my neighborhood on Saturday, so, maybe. I've never seen UPS on Saturday before.

I am acting like a dog jumping up and looking out the window every time I hear what I think is a UPS truck! Such a tease to say out for delivery at 6AM and then takes all day and nothing yet! I can't wait to get my hands on my SG precious.
My order showed preparing for shipment this morning, but hasn't changed to shipped yet. Should i be worried about not receiving my watch tomorrow?
I figure I might as well chime in to give people some hope on their orders

I always thought that was the purpose of a doorman, to sign for packages and stuff like that.
Where did you hear that? I do not believe that to be true.
Labels are created at the factory. Charges are on shipping from the factory. There are a lot of charges not to mention the banks may not post them immediately so some people may not be seeing a charge when planes land in Alaska or Louisville but that is not the trigger for Apple to charge you.
So, I just had mine delivered today. It was manufactured week 17 (last week), and did not actually go direct to Louisville, despite the fact that is the closest UPS hub to me. Instead, it originated in Rialto, California, then proceeded to ship to Louisville. So, it is possible that labels are being created in CA, then proceeding to ship out to UPS from within the United States, rather than being placed on at the factory.
My absolute last chance that I get it before my Sunday trip. I'd need it to be charged tonight or tomorrow morning and hope that it's delivered Saturday otherwise I'll have to hold it at UPS till I get back and hope some more that they don't return it.
Question for those poor souls like me that ordered their 42mm SG day/s after launch day. Have any of you had your ship date change from "June" to an actual date? If so how far out from launch were you? I ordered mine 11:21 AM CST on April 13th and mine still sadly says "June".
People generally report being charged after midnight central time which is about when they land in KY.
there were saturday deliveries last week but that may have been because it was the day after launch day and apple/ups were in "war mode" so to speak. not sure if that'll be the case going forward. you should call customer service and see if they know.
My watch is now listed in my Apple Support Profile and it was manufactured Week 16. Hot off the press!
