From what I gathered from the ups guy it's possible to have it detoured to the nearest store once it's out for delivery. Can't gurentee you that it will be during or after all the other packages are delivered for that rout but it's an option.

Well, mine is out for delivery as well.
Ordered 42mm SG BSB 4/24
PFS/Charged 5/21 midnight
Out for Delivery 6/2

For those in Orange Country, So Cal, the shipments are apparently routed from Ontario to Aliso Viejo to Out for Delivery. As long as your watch gets to Ontario the night before, your watch will be out for delivery the next day. At least thats the case for me. Good Luck! the wait is almost over.

YMMV, mine was about 12 hours. Charged/PFS midnight sunday, shipped yesterday, out for delivery today.

Mine has the same departure scan so they must be on the same plane. I also got the "early delivery" for Thursday. The end of waiting is in sight. Enjoy.

Perhaps they are buying back watches off of Ebay to help fill orders .
Seriously, they might be augmenting production output with watches that they had sent to warehouses for the upcoming Apple store launch. There sure has been a lot of movement over the last few days.

Louisville is UPS logistics hub. Apparently Apple is not generating PFS and delivery estimates for you until your watch hits Louisville. This serves 2 purposes. It avoids disappointment and it obscures Apple's logistics from all our reverse engineering efforts which have been extensive. I mean have you seen those guys tracking individual UPS aircraft? Geez. In the past when I've ordered an iPhone, I get PFS while it's in Shenzen (sp?) and I can follow it through customs in Anchorage or Louisville or whatever all the way to my house. With my Apple Watch, I didn't get any tracking details until my watch was in Louisville.
