I also received some additional text from some people on list with the word, “stop”, but it is spam and probably will do no good to request a stop.

Me too! I have forwarded my messages to t-mobile spam text, 7726.

Happening here on Mint (which I think uses the T-Mobile network also). Just the last couple days for both my wife and I.

Yep, I thought it was perhaps ( could be ) someone from the group responding to all in vain to stop messages.🥲

Also is seems that the usual "block this number" does not work. And when you go into details it tells you that you're sharing your number. No way to turn that off either.

Isn’t the senders number at the bottom of the list when viewing the group ? You’ll have to block each and every one manually it would appear.

I've been getting so much spam text messages within the last few weeks. Sender been sending me spam text messages using an email address. I have ATT and Tried to report the spam text message to 7726 but it wouldn't accept email addresses, the texts I got back from ATT reports they only accept phone numbers. So I just been blocking these spam text messages and ignoring them, even though it's annoying as hell.

They do allow reporting email addresses now.

Update: No new text spam messages over the weekend.
