Its hit and miss with these cases. My free one arrived a couple of days ago and I had no issues pushing the buttons when I was trying on the case. I have however gone back to my Incase Slider... I only wish the Slider had buttons built into the case because accessing the iPhone's buttons through the cutouts is hard :S
 
I hate this case. Sleep button is very hard to press, as are volume buttons. Also very difficult to remove, it feels like the phone will break before the case comes off. Case is very slick and will slide around. easy to get in and out of pocket but doesnt offer any addl grip, in fact i think its a bit harder to hold than a naked phone.


VERY disappointed. At least it was free.

I received mine today. It has an oval cutout and all the buttons are easy to press. I am very happy with mine.
